1. Y2Ask VIP Pass Subscriptions
All subscription billing is handled directly through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store):
- Free Trials: If you start a 3-day free trial and cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
- Cancelling a Subscription: You can cancel any recurring subscription at any time via your device account settings:
- iOS: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Y2Ask VIP → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Y2Ask VIP → Cancel.
2. How to Request a Monetary Refund
Because payments are processed through platform app stores, refund requests are governed by Apple and Google policies:
